Sondra Douglas- Davis

Founder, CEO
I am a passionate healthcare executive, nurse, and dedicated parent with over 30 years of experience transforming healthcare delivery. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration (BSHA), and I am a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Additionally, I am a Licensed Pharmacy Technician, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Case Manager (CCM), and a Certified Adult Residential Facility Administrator. My career has spanned both large and small health systems, where I have led high-performing teams and overseen licensed and non-licensed healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care and case management for individuals with special needs, chronic illnesses, and behavioral health challenges. Throughout my career, I have focused on driving operational excellence, quality assurance, risk management, and financial performance optimization. Beyond my professional achievements, my personal journey as a parent has profoundly shaped my work. As a mother to two incredible children on the Autism spectrum-one young adult and one 12-year-old-I’ve seen firsthand the emotional impact of exclusion from traditional sporting events. I understand that when children aren’t given the opportunity to participate, they miss out on the sense of belonging that every child deserves. This realization inspired me to create The Perfecct Me Inclusive Sports Program, a transformative initiative that ensures every child, regardless of their unique learning style, can experience the joy of being part of a team. I am deeply committed to transforming not only healthcare but also the community’s perspective on the power of belonging and inclusion. I understand that when every child feels valued and supported, they are empowered to meet their full potential. Through The Perfecct Me, I strive to create environments where each child can thrive, feel celebrated, and build lasting memories-because every child deserves to shine.
